Feedback&UX Testing

 Hello!

In today's post I would like to reflect upon feedback given from viewers on my website. To complete this task I created a google form and added it in section 'Feedback' on my website. I sent link both to my website and form to my friends and family. 

Here you can see responses and my reflection:

1. How old are you?

Looking at the responses, we know that the viewers that have answered to my form are between 17-25 years old, what suggests that my website might be viewed mainly by people at this specific age.

2.How would you rate the general look of my website design?

According to responses give 66,7% of people that have given a feedback consider my website design as Excellent and 33,3% answered that it is Good, but they may believe that some part of it should be developed. This responses made me realize that i worked quite well in my website design and it is a strong point why it should be visited more often.

3. What do you think of the Bio page?

The answers to third question are positive in general. Those response shows that my Bio page appeals to viewers, it is well designed and gives some information what kind of person I am, what might be the reason why people would prefer to view my website again.

4. Did you look at social media section?

The pie chat shows that 33.3% of people that left a feedback did not look at social media section and 66,7% did that. That results suggest that social media section may not be displayed clearly enough for viewers or users are not interested to check it.

4. What do you think of a portfolio?

Results from that question are equally divided in 33,3% with following responses: Excellent, Poor and Add first post. My commentary to that is that I agree with two of the responses, because I haven't added any post yest, so it explains why the contents needs to be developed.

5. Would you visit my website again? 

The responses to this are all clear to me and give me the obvious answer that people who took part and completed that form would like to visit my website again, e.g to see how it will be developed.

6. Would you like to add some extra information?

In that question the most important answer that I was given relates to paragraph block that should be edited or filled and social media that are not enough clearly displayed.
